Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge and applicable collection fees.
Items must have authorization prior to return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee against the amount of sale as well as a re-certification fee.
We will not accept returns after 30 days from date of invoice.
Our standard warranty regarding rotables is 30 days.
Returns on rotable parts are subject to a re-certification or return as-is fee, a 20% markup on the fee, and freight fees to and from repair station if during re-certification, the repair
station deems it no fault found or BER.
Credits will be issued upon evaluation from the repair station. Airmark International is not responsible for on-site labor or installation costs in regard to failed units.
Customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs, shipping charges or other fees.
The recipient of these goods agrees to comply with all export regulations governing the transfer, sale, lease or use of these goods.
These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
